Gister heeft Kelly bij de Superbowl het Amerikaanse volkslied gezongen. De superbowl is één van de best bekeken wedstrijden van Amerika en Kelly was erg zenuwachtig van te voren! Na afloop twitterde ze:
Guess what ….I’ve never been more nervous in my life than singing the national anthem at the Super Bowl tonight ….wow that was almost not fun I was so nervous! Fun night overall though! Thank you everybody for all of the nice things you’re saying about my performance! I really appreciate it
